Introduction

Welcome to the Smoothie, Mix and Match subscription service (the "Subscription"). By subscribing to the Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not subscribe to the Subscription.

Subscription Governance

If not stated otherwise, the subscription terms are governed by the platform responsible for the App distribution. Platform terms prevail over these Subscription terms.

Subscription Plans

The Subscription is offered in two options:

• Monthly: This subscription option provides access to all features of the Smoothie, Mix and Match app for a monthly fee.
• Annual: This subscription option provides access to all features of the Smoothie, Mix and Match app for a yearly fee.

You can view the available subscription plans and their pricing on the Smoothie, Mix and Match website.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your chosen plan:

• Monthly: The monthly subscription fee is automatically charged to your chosen payment method on the first day of your subscription month.
• Annual: The annual subscription fee is automatically charged to your chosen payment method on the anniversary date of your subscription.

You will be notified of any changes to subscription fees prior to the next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your Subscription using a valid credit card or debit card. You authorize Developer to charge your credit card or debit card for the Subscription fees, as per your chosen subscription plan.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall continue until you cancel your subscription or until terminated by Developer of the app. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Smoothie, Mix and Match website and following the instructions provided.

Refunds

Refunds are regulated by the platform that is managing the App distribution. No refunds will be issued directly.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Developer may modify these Terms at any time. If Developer makes any material changes to these Terms, you will be notified via email or through a notification on the App. You will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms by continuing to use the Subscription after the notice period.
